Shipping Fees

Our products vary greatly in size, weight and value. Because of this, and due to the fact that we ship to most counties, we use a range of different shipping services. Please check the information below to get an idea of shipping times. This is a guide only. If you would like a more accurate estimate of the date you’ll receive your order, please contact us prior to ordering.

Processing and delivery timescale

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 working days of receipt of order. All items advertised are in stock and ready to ship, however, delays can occur on occasion. In the unlikely event that your order will be delayed we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If this delay is too inconvenient for you, we will offer to cancel the transaction and fully refund your payment.

Shipping pricing

Pricing varies from item to item, but we offer free economy shipping on all items to most countries. To check this, put an item in the cart and begin checkout, you will be shown the pricing for all services available.

Returns Policy

No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sales@illuminologylighting.com with details of the product and the defect.

On receiving your item, please inspect and test the item fully and in the case of a damaged or faulty item, please report it to us within 2 weeks of receipt. We can not except responsibility for damaged items which are reported to us after this time.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
